Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We readily ship to any address in the United States. In order to ensure you are receiving the best value for shipping, items that weigh less than 13 oz. will be shipped USPS First Class. Parcels that weigh between 13 oz. and 3 lbs. will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Parcels that weigh 3 lbs. or more will be shipping UPS.
Shipping charges are based on the total cost of merchandise.
$0.01 to $15 = $6
$15.01 to $90 = $10
$90.01 to $200 = $13
$20.01 to $300 = $15
$30.01 to $400 = $17
$40.01 to $500 = $20
$50.01 to $999.99 = $25
$1000 and over = $30
Due to their weight and size Lionel Ready-to-Run sets will be shipped through UPS at a flat rate of $25.00.
